Keeping Our Patients Safe During COVID-19

We are committed to serving our community’s eye care needs and medical problems. Our offices are open for new and existing patients. Please call 215-943-7800 to make an appointment. If you cannot get to the office to see us due to these unforeseen circumstances, Telephone Consultations are available. If you have FACETIME or Zoom, this enhances our ability to diagnose and treat. Our Physicians are On Call 24/7!

Need to visit our eyeglass shop? Our Levittown & Newtown locations are offering curbside pick-ups, repairs and adjustments. Please call us to schedule an appointment and we will be happy to safely assist you.

As our patient, your health is our top priority. We have taken several measures to keep you, our providers, our staff and our community safe during these challenging times. The following video will give you an idea of the safety measures we have implemented and what you can expect when you come in for your visit.

Prior to your appointment, our staff will call and ask you a series of screening questions to determine whether your appointment can proceed as planned.

To maintain social distancing in our waiting rooms, when you arrive for your appointment, simply call our office from your car and our staff will check you in. A staff member will call you when we are ready for you to come inside.

Please come inside alone unless a support person is necessary for mobility or communication purposes. Every patient must have their temperature checked and wear an approved face mask. Once your appointment is finished, we will charge your credit card on our account and handle all billing questions on the phone.

For everyone’s health and safety all of our staff are wearing protective equipment, including masks and gloves, washing their hands frequently and having their temperature checked daily.

To lower the risk of infection spreading in our community, we have intensified our cleaning procedures and are disinfecting exam rooms and equipment between patients and cleaning all other areas frequently throughout each day.

If you have any questions before your visit, please call our office and a member of our staff will be happy to speak with you

We thank everyone for your continued support, concerns, and safety about our physicians and staff. We are here for you and we are wishing you all safety and health.

Sincerely,
The Doctors and Staff at Total Eye Care
