Seborrheic keratoses, or ‘SK’ spots, are raised or flat spots that are your skin tone color or a bit darker. ESKATA treats raised SK spots. Over time, these spots may become larger or have a more visible texture. They could be located anywhere on your body, but are more common on your face, hairline, (temples or neck) chest, and back.
How do I know if ESKATA is for me?
ESKATA is for you if you have a raised spot or many raised spots.
What if I am worried about the appearance of my raised spots?
If you’ve addressed any concerns raised spots checked by a dermatologist and have ensured they are benign, ESKATA is safe to use.
How does the treatment work?
Our experienced nurse or aesthetician will evaluate your spots and apply the soft-tip pen-like applicator directly to the affected areas. This solution is based on a high concentration of hydrogen peroxide. Each raised SK will be treated a few times during your initial treatment.
When will I see results?
You will have a follow-up visit about 3 weeks after treatment to evaluate your initial treatment and retreat if necessary.
