Optometrist
Dr. Cindy Kweon (pronounced Qwon), O.D. is a comprehensive optometrist at Total Eye Care. She is dedicated to providing high quality care to patients in Levittown and Newtown, Pennsylvania.
She earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Maryland, College Park and went to earn her doctoral degree in optometry at Salus University in Elkins Park, PA. She underwent training at the Pediatrics Department at the Eye Institute, the Allentown V.A., Kay, Tabas, Niknam &DiDomenico Ophthalmology Associates, Century Eye Care, and Ophthalmology Physicians and Surgeon.
Dr. Kweon enjoys playing guitar, hiking, and traveling and is fluent in English and Korean.
