As a practice, we are proud to offer our patients the expertise of contact lens specialist, Paul G. Pascarella OD. In practice for over 15 years, Dr. Pascarella and his contact lens staff specialize in fitting contacts on some of the most challenging and difficult conditions that can affect the eye. Certain conditions including irregular astigmatism, keratoconus, refractive and strabismic amblyopia, and presbyopia, which can cause 'difficult' contact lens fitting. Dr. Pascarella, a leader in the field of specialty contact lens evaluations, is able to use his experience and a wide range of knowledge of lenses to best suit you and your needs. He has been recognized for his expertise in fitting specialty lenses including bifocal and multifocal contact lenses, toric (astigmatism) lenses, hyper-oxygen lenses, rigid gas permeable lenses, and rigid/soft hybrid designs.
While we pride ourselves in specialty lens fitting, our foremost goal as a department is to promote healthy contact lens wearing habits and appropriate wearing schedules to prevent serious eye infections. The end result for our patients is extraordinary vision and a lifetime of healthy eyes.

A key difference to our approach in caring for our patients and fitting you with contact lenses, is that we recommend a full ocular health exam with one of our doctors prior to a contact lens evaluation with Dr. Pascarella. This allows us to review your options for contacts in detail and to customize a fit specific to you and your needs. This broad exposure and years of experience allows us to offer specialty contact lenses specific to your eyes.
