If a patient opts for the bladeless lasik procedure vs. our standard LASIK procedure (microkeratome) they will also receive free enhancements for life, our "lifetime guarantee."

Blade vs. Bladeless LASIK: During all LASIK procedures, the first step is to create a thin flap of the cornea with either a microkeratome (blade) or femtosecond laser (blade-less).  The Ziemer Femtosecond Laser is the world's most advanced laser system for creating the corneal flap. Using this technique, ultra-fast laser pulses of light are used to create a specific flap for your unique corneal shape.

Excessively steep, flat, or thin corneas have long been factors that have prohibited candidates from enjoying the freedom of life without glasses. With the Ziemer Femtosecond Laser, many of these patients can now safely enjoy the benefits of LASIK!
